Flow Indicator lines, manufactured by Kaydon and OPW Include:
Teleflo
dial indicators: A rugged design provides a wide range of applications. Teleflo
indicators can be installed in any position in the liquid line. Teleflo
indicators provide electrical liquid flow control protecting thousands
of installations against costly equipment damage. Vane
Type indicators: Vane Indicators utilize a single observation
window and a flow activated vane to furnish a constant readout of
liquid flow, clarity and color. Designed for easy observation
of flow indication from either the right, left, up or down. Sight
Flow Indicators: Sight Flow Indicators provide a quick, reliable,
and economical way to verify flow and monitor color and clarity in
fluid lines. All Kaydon Flow Sight Indicators are equipped
with heat-treated glass windows and are constructed of heavy duty
cast bronze. OPW "Visi-Flo" Sight Flow indicators are available
in four different types of sight flow. Bi-Directional (plain)
is used when indication of color and/or clarity of the liquid are
of prime importance. Propeller type flow indication is best
to show flow of opaque liquids. Propeller flow indication is
also ideal for observations at a distance. Flapper type flow
indication points in either direction to show at a glance which way
the liquid is flowing. Drip Tube flow indication is ideal for
gravity, extremely low or intermittent flow. Keeps liquid from
dripping on glass and used in vertical lines only.
Oiler Products include Pressure Oilers and Gravity oilers:
Pressure
Oilers: A combination of a metering valve and a flow indicator. It
is used for the distributions and supply of oil under pressure to
the points of use. Oiler Features include indication accuracy,
indicator ring visible in dark oil, indication of flow rate is not
affected by viscosity. Gravity
Oilers: The gravity sight feed Oiler affords a clear view and
fine control of the oil flow. Gravity Oiler features include
Oiler body vent to prevent fogging, oilers may be manifolded, Oiler
bodies made of cast iron construction and maximum working pressure
of 125 psi.
