The Kaydon Turbo-Toc® KL1 (1 GPM)
General Description - The Model KL1
Turbo-Toc® is 1 GPM, Kidney Loop, Pressure Coalescence Lube Oil Conditioner that continuously pumps oil from the main turbine reservoir, cleans and dries the lube oil, and returns the lube oil under pressure to the reservoir. It is designed for continuous 24/7 operation and is engineered with continuous operation rated components. The KL1 is capable of maintaining "Reservoir Cleanliness" on a reservoir sized up to 120 gallons. This unit is ideal for Steam Driven Boiler Feed Pumps and oils up to ISO 68 in Viscosity.
The Turbo-Toc® is a Self-Contained, Pressure Coalescence System that features an Automatic Water Drain and a Totalizing Water Meter to help your Power Plant monitor water removal and/or predict critical maintenance. The KL1's Compact Design (21"L x 13"W x 30"H) makes installation easy.

MODEL KL1H (1 GPM)
Removes free and emulsified water and solid contamination
from small turbine and lube oil reservoirs, 1 gpm continuous
process rate for permanent off-line installation.
1 = 2.8 micron absolute rated filters test per ISO 4572.
2 = Influent 5000 ppm water, 200 ssu maximum turbine oil.
